I started kickboxing at T.H.A. just over a month ago, and the classes are fantastic!

It’s a very supportive and positive environment, which made me feel comfortable right away even though I came in as a complete novice and felt completely out-of-shape.

The kickboxing classes are definitely a tough workout, but the feeling afterwards makes it all worth it! And Tess is a wonderful instructor who pushes you to give it your all and to get the most out of your workout. I would highly recommend trying it out!


The fitness kickboxing class is a great, intense, fast-paced workout.

There’s so much variety in the drills that you never get bored and the hour is over before you know it. Lots of cardio, abs, and enough punching and kicking to let off some steam.

The format allows beginners to pace themselves but once you’ve been doing it for a while you can really ramp up the intensity. And the instructors are awesome. I’d totally recommend it for people looking to improve their fitness level and/or lose weight.


T.H.A Martial Arts and Kickboxing has been amazing since day one!

As a former varsity athlete in University, I was looking for a team environment in which I could have fun, get an awesome workout, and learn a great new skill.

The trainers are so enthusiastic and truly care about their clients in the dojo but more importantly outside of the dojo as well. Which makes you want to come back again and again. I would definitely recommend becoming a member I haven’t had this much fun working out, EVER!


THA is a wonderful martial arts school.

My son (Hapkido) and I (kickboxing) find T.H.A classes to be innovative and physicallychallenging.

Also, I am regularly impressed with how the instructors teach and talk to their students.They are respectful and friendly but also challenging and tough! They teach and lead by example. Marvelous school.
