We committed our efforts in making our classes fun, functional, and fresh each time members attend. Each lesson offers a fresh, upbeat, and exciting total body workout.

Unlike one of those other types of workouts we’ve all seen at the gym, you will learn real kickboxing, with real coaches, for real fitness results.

I've been at Evoke for around 11 years now and it has transformed into my second family. The people at Evoke are the reason I love this place. They are the kindest people I've ever met and make me feel part of their community.

Regarding the actual classes, the class plans are the perfect amount of challenging. The way they are laid out makes progression feel natural. Furthermore, whether it's Muay Thai or Kickboxing the instructors here are the best around. They motivate you and encourage when you're doing well and will take their time to help you out when you're struggling. You never feel alone on the mats as they are always there to back you up.

I’ve been training here for (about to be) 11 years, and still love every class. The workouts are fun, educational, challenging, and motivating! If you’ve never tried kickboxing, this is the place that will make you a believer.
I’ve been training here since 2019 and can honestly say this gym has played a huge role in my growth, both physically and mentally. The Muay Thai and kickboxing instructors are extremely knowledgeable, highly trained, and genuinely invested in your progress. They push you past what you think your limits are, while also teaching proper technique, body awareness, and how to move efficiently and safely.

They incorporate plyometrics, isometric holds, and true full-body workouts that build strength, endurance, balance, and explosiveness. Every class includes a solid warm-up, technical training, and conditioning, followed by stretching and/or a burnout at the end, which really helps with recovery and mental toughness.

The atmosphere is another reason I’ve stayed for so many years. Everyone is friendly, welcoming, and supportive no matter your level or age. There’s no ego—just people working hard, pushing themselves, and motivating each other.

If you’re looking for high-quality Muay Thai and kickboxing training that challenges you, builds real athleticism, and feels like a community, I highly recommend this gym. 🥊💪
Kickboxing classes at Evoke are my favorite. The coaches are great in how they make every workout feel uniquely different from the last. The workout is intense, but let's you keep up at your own pace.
